Micromax Informatics — Unethical and unprofessional behavior and false promises last two months

I have submitted my Micromax Tab P 690 at one of the service stations LUCKNOW for screen repairing with job sheet no. N[protected] on 15/12/2015.Inspite of several complains with complain MMX[protected] at your customer care no. I have been made false promises and each time i call they ask for 15 days more time .But now when i call they hold on phone and last they disconnect phone.

I would request you to look into this matter seriously and provide me with my handset repaired or provide me a new handset as soon as possible.
