Micromax company had gave me assurance that they will replace my Canvas Laptap LT666 within 10 days(Job Sheet generated date 20/02/2016, Job Sheet No- MH[protected] & complaint no is MMX[protected].
on calling after 10 days to know abt status call centre executive told me that it has been despatched through Delhibery courier service and i will received the product in 48 hrs and i wil get the tracking id in sms. Even after 1 hr when i didnt received the tracking id sms i again called the customer and that time i came to know that mat product is not yet despatched. and when i asked to transfer my call to seniors they didnot transferd the call but just disconneted my call. inshort they are not giving right info and giving false information treating customer just like anything. even dont provide any email ids of superior authority nor transfering our call its very pathetic making the customer IRRIATE Was this information helpful? |
