I have purchased a micromax e455 on 11 nov 2015. the mobile was under warranty.in july the mobile automatically undergoes in flight mode. i have given it for repair at micromax service center, bandar bagicha, patna. they returned the mobile after 21 days.
I experienced problem of battery heating within 2 days. i approached to micromax service center, chhapra and he opened it and returned with a suggestion to exchange the mobile with other model or visit to patna. i again went micromax service center patna but they refused to accept it as it was opened. i requested micromax service center chhapra to talk with and inform that it was opened at authorised service center. he talked with a representative sitting at last. she did not accepted and behaved rudely. i had no option but to return. after 3days the problem of automatic flight mode reappeared.
The warranty committment of micromax due to its poor customer service center is not of any use. it is worst than chinese mobile which comes without warranty. Was this information helpful? |
