[Resolved]  Micromax Informatics — wrong billing & poor service at gorakhpur micromax care

Updated by Karnjeet Kumar My handest micromax e453, has slow charging problem, i went to micromax care(new global media) gorakhpur for repairing, they message me jobsheet no[protected]R, bill370 for this.but i went to collect my handset, they charge, 1520rs on manual biil for this, my handset has still same problem.problem of my handset is not resolved yet.many time i contact to customers care, micromax care.but no sollution is there.only they told your handset is repaired after three four days.but after one month no repairing is done.many time i wrote at this forum also but no sollution yet.kindly take necessary action.i am feeling mentally, economically, physically harassed.pls do the needful
