Micromax Informatics — You have to wait until death to get it back from the micromax service center | |||
I bought a micromax X1800 phone from ebay and after 15 days of the delivery I started using it so the return period was over no option for return found...I faced a charging problem with that handset so I take that to service center…0n 13th January 2016….after a month they called me on 27th February 2016 and they give me a new piece luckily I just opened it and checked it that new set also having the same charging problem. The manager of the service center again take back the handset now I am waiting for my handset …I think it will again take 1 month to manufacture a new piece by micromax …but my only prayer is that at least this time micromax may can manufacture a handset without any problems. The quality checking is done by fools of the micromax new handset again and again manufacturing with defects such a horrible experience ….i humble request to everyone is please don’t buy any micromax mobiles whether smartphone or a basic model ….please don’t buy any micromax products …you have to wait until death to get it back from the micromax service center … Was this information helpful? | |||
