My phone (Yu Yuphoria)was restarting suddenly when I made calls, later I submitted my phone to micromax service center at rudra agencies, basheerbagh, Hyderabad. The people over there said it will take 1 day to resolve the restart problem. So again I visited the office on April 22, 2016 there I came to know that there is a problem with battery terminal, but when I submitted the phone there was no issue with the battery terminal. The officers at the service center damaged the phone and they stated it will Take 25 days for the phone to repair. My complaint is that those people are damaging customers phone and arguing with customers. While submitting the phone was not damaged that much but they damaged the phone and asking excuses. Also the yu support team is not so generous in handling the customer, their service is pathetic. Please take all the possible actions against yu televentures. Was this information helpful? |
