[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Yureka/insincere behaviour for phone replacement | |||||
I have been facing this issue since 3rd January. I reported my problem on 7th Jan, 2016 to Yureka customer care and have been asked to reset my phone with official update. As my phone was getting switched on, I clearly stated that on call. so they put my request for phone replacement in exchange of my old set. Reference number provided to me from yureka is - 1934596 and Waybill No. of your Yureka transreceiver is given below : ORDER#:DL[protected] WAYBILL#:[protected] of company "Delhivery" was generated on 11 January and last status changed date on delhivery was on 14 Jan which can be seen in attachment also. I have talked several times to yureka customer care. They told me it takes 15 days for phone to get dispatched. I waited till 26 january and contacted them after that. They said its some technical problem in our company. It will be dispatched within 5 days. I talked to them today now i.e 9th feb., now the executive is saying you will have to wait for 10 more days. My warranty period will be expired on 23 feb. I want permanent replacement within this week as company is delivering poor services. I am not at all satisfied with their services.
