[Resolved] Micromax — Irresponsibility for faulty products | |||
My name is manoj kumar arora. I purchased micromax product "data card" frompankaj telecom srinagar gali no. Rani bagh new delhi -110034 with the following imei and model no on 23 june 2015 : Imei no. = [protected] Model code =sermob0446 This product of micromax is not working properly as it suddenly stops working and does not detect network on system and sometimes it itself is not detectable by my pc. I tried to use it on other systems but still it does not respond. I have returned this product many a time to company for service but again and again the same problem is coming. I am tired of this process as i am not able even use this product. Currently i am having a job card of the same and this time also i am not expecting a properly working device. Company provided me with another device but i am not satisfied with the product as it does not work properly. I request company to kindly check for the same and help me get refund my money.
