[Resolved] Micromax — irresponsible authorised service center | |||
I have a complaint regarding the authorised service center.I am forwarding the mail that i have sent to micromax.No reply from there side.please help me Dear Sir My name is Manjesh gopi .I am from Kerala and i am an engineer.I bought a micromax canvas doodle A111 from amazon.com.While i was traveling in a train i tried to charge my mobile and it got damaged.In order to fix the mobile i gave it to "Sahar communication, Kannur" the authorized service center you provided to my near by place in your website.I am so sorry to say that you authorized a wrong person to do the job.That shop would destroy your brand name..There behavior is totally frustrating and the people over there don't know manners .They don't even know what is professionalism. I tried in the number:"[protected]" eight times from my mobile.They didn't pick the phone.They really let me down.I am attaching the slip i got from there with this mail. At first they told it will take 2 weeks time.now it's almost a month. I didn't get my mobile fixed.To fix a trouble, i suppose to wait for my life time or what...I don't understand Sir if your are sincere to your job please do something, , not only for me but also to your brand [ because i had suggested Micromax to six people and all of them took it.This incident really let me down ].Hope you can help me out -- Thank you MANJESH.GOPI [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
