Micromax — Issue with mobile device (Model : A350 Canvas Knight)

I noticed touchpad issue in month of July which was random in nature in beginning and within a week it became frequent and I was having hard time using phone as I was unable to access anything. Then i visited nearest service center and they collected phone and promised to give back in 10 days, then they promised 30 days and after having lot of verbal fight they gave my device after 45 days saying it's ready and working in condition, again in 24 hours noticed same issue, visited service center who did software update and returned phone again next day have to visit service center as software update didn't solved the problem. Now they collected phone again and asked to wait for another 1 month, as they are not able fix issue they tried to replace part 3-4 times. According to them this model have lot of issues as they are getting many complaints from users using this model. Have asked for replacement or refund but not getting answer and service center people behave so rude that they don't know being in customer service business how to handle situation and client. Please help on this matter it's been more than 2 months my phone is in service center and don't know how much more time they will take to resolve my issue.
