Dear Sir,
As mentioned above I would like to draw your kind attention towards the delay in repairing of my mobile Model NO. A114 (Under Warranty) which has already god repaired and after two days the situation was as it is. Once again I have given to Support Center/Customer Care situated at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 1st October 2014. Since then, no response from the above said customer care for its restoration. I am attached with Mr. Udai Pratap Singh, IAS, Additional Secretary to Govt. of India as Protocol Officer/Liaison Officer hence I need my android phone immediately to server my best to my BOSS. But regretfully I hereby mentioned the dealing officials is not taking any interest to repair the mobile despite of my several telephonic discussion and person visit to their door.
Now I once again requested kindly to look into the matter on priority basis keeping in view of my nature of job.
I shall appreciate an early action in the matter.
