I am not satisfied as how much time is required to resolve issue or repair a tab by team micromax???

After continiously touch with your team via mail and telephonically, no action taken by your team till date.

Now, if you have required 40 days or above to resolve the issue then time should be confirmed by your service team at the time of taking over the tab??
