Micromax — Loss of mobile due to negligence of Authroised service centre

Dear Sir, I have given my A74 micromax to M/S Dutta Enterprises, Shopno7, General bus stand jammu on 13th sep.2014 for touch and display repair .previously he used to say that it has not come yet but now the Person sitting at above said centre says that we have send it to Kashmir for repair and it has been washed in floods, we cant do anything. Kindly help me to get my mobile back otherwise i will have to go to consumer court. looking forward for afavourable and quick response. Regards vijay sharma [protected]
