I have purchased one Micromax Tab P70221 from Purvika Mobiles, Pallavaram vide Inv.no. SI/PAMM/6721 dt 1.9.2016. After a month it developed some problem and the tab was not working well. When I visited the Purvika Mobile, they informed I have to visit Micromax Service at Tambaram. Accordingly I visited Tambaram on 05.09.2016. First they told there may be some software issues and I have to wait for thirty minutes. After that they told there may be problem in Mother Board and it would take atleast 30 days as the same has to be sent to Hqr. Within a month of its purchase it developed a major problem that too in the Mother Board, as such the tab should be replaced immediately without further delay.
