Micromax — make fool of customers

Dear Sir, i have bought a Micromax unite 2 a 106 on 29/10/2014 from hisar.The set is going smoothly but it giving me trouble just after three months of purchase.Earlier on first week of February i've deposited the mobile on your micromax care hisar.Thet gave me back the mobile after 15 days of deposition and even charge me for the replacement of the parts. Now, it is noit even a month it gave me trouble again.When i complained again they told me to replace the mother board of the mobile which will take 15-20 days.They gave me your Customer Care no.[protected], but when i called there only computer's recorded voice is heard after few minutes call disconnects. Now, i just want to replace my mobile with new one or refund my money at the earliest.I don't even think that you have any value of consumer satisfaction in your policy.you only make fool of your customers.
