Micromax — Micromax A350- Delayed service without the concern of a customer | |||
I had given my Micromax A350 mobile to M/S S3 COMMUNICATIONS NO 76/11-1, 1ST FLOOR JAYANAGARA 3RD BLOCK, ELEPHANT ROCK ROAD BANGALORE WITH JOBSHEET NO: S[protected]. I am facing the problem with my battery so i had given the mobile to the above service centre on 14/04/2015.Almost 2 months have been passed, but till now i didnt receive any information regarding the phone.Atleast they are not showing the common concern about the customer that they have been invested thousands of rupees for their company to buy that mobile.Since they are giving delayed information like its on head office, part waiting for months.I am not satisfied with the way of service given by the company.They should understand atleast its not possible for the customers to maintain for months without the mobile phone.Please resolve this isssue as soon as possible.
