Micromax — Micromax A350 is under warrantee but they are refusing to repair

With respect to the last weeks. query. I went to the one of the authorized service center in Laxmi Nagar which is located opposite of V3S Mall. They are saying the charging Jack of the phone A350 is Damaged and upon asking the price they initially said INR 4060 and later on they are saying it will cost 2100... 2100 for Charging Jack? its highly impossible. On the other hand I went to local repairing shop and they are saying it will cost only 300. 1st point the phone is under warrantee and its not mentioned anywhere in the card that the charging jack is not covered. Please resolve the issue or I have to escalate the issue to the consumer court. Anticipating your reply. (Thank you! My reference no is SER[protected] Thanks -Pawan
