i bought m canvas A93 in 8/11/2014 in 15 days IMEI problem i send it care center 25/11/2014 job sheet no is W[protected] and they told me that your phone is back in 15 days but today is 23 day so please help me and send my phone back as soon as possible

I bought micromax A93 on 3/3/2014, still my phone is in warranty period. On 19th feb 2015 touch screen of A93 had gone so i went to service center and i got back my phone at 2/3/2015. They had changed the touch screen but the quality of touch screen is so bad. and i would be surprised because within one hour sensor parts of A93 has gone. When i try to call i cannot disconnect the call because during
calling period the screen get disappear ..so i again submit the phone in service center. My question is that i spend 8200 for Micromax A93 yet my phone could cover warranty period with satisfaction. now i dont know when shall i get back my phone???
