[Resolved]  Micromax — Micromax A94 not yet replaced

Dear Sir, I have submitted my Micromax A94 in Vashi Telecom Service center on 5th September 2014 Job Sheet No. W[protected] due to phone dead. On 8th October 2014 My mobile was given to head office for replacement from Service Center, saying that it will get replace in 10 days but still i have not received my mobile. I m taking daily followups from the service center & they had only one answer to say that it will get replace in next week. Two months are almost gone but still i have not received my mobile. I request you to look into this matter & please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Thanks N Regards Jayshree Mhatre
