Dear sir, My name is Ankush Ravindra Damodar. I m a student and i was buy a mobile phone for my educational purpose. Brand name - Micromax Bolt D321 On date[protected] After 5 months mobile phone get dead automacally.. But my mobile phone in warrenty perioud yet.. Then i was go to the service center of micromax. They tell me that this is the company fault and this mobile phone we are sending now into the company. And i can get this return into 45 days. I was wait 45 days..after that i was go there but still they are not give me my mobile phone back.Near about 60 days was done They said we are not responsible for that and you have to wait more. We told you after when we r got that.. Dear sis, i font know now what i have to do.i lost my everything.my mother is a servant.i dont able to buy new phone.plz help me for that..
