I wish to report the extremely poor quality of the product
and subsequent repair / support service, I am really unsatisfied with service provided
by your service center.

I bought micromax A1
canvas (AQ4501) from snap deal after using it for month I started facing problem
like the calls getting disconnecting while on call. First the issue was interment
after sometime it started happening frequently.
I took set to service center they
just formatted the phone and gave
it back and didn’t provide me any job
sheet the fix didn’t resolve the problem and again took it
to the same service center this time I
was told that the phone will go to factory for repair and will take 20 days Job sheet(S[protected])
created on[protected] for the same.
The service center customer care officer Mr. Mani informed that they have changed
the Motherboard and touch screen but the situation was even worst it started overheating
and disconnecting problem was not resolved. Again took it to the service center
On requested them to test it for them self and customer care Officer Mr. Mani
assured me a new replacement set and requested wait for another 20 days and Job sheet (S[protected])created
on[protected] for the same.
Mr. Mani told that again motherboard is replaced and not the phone
and refused to take this phone since I was demanding for new phone but the
Service center Manager Mr. Hari assured that the phone was checked and tested
by level 4 engineers and other won’t any issue. But when I started using the phone
I am facing the same problem I don’t know what quality testing department doing
in Micromax. The phone was with service center for more than 2 months and the
problem is not resolved wasting my time and effort in visiting the service
centre 4 times. Trust level in Micromax at lowest.
Please let me know what policy for repair and turnaround
time for such cases. Who is responsible for harassment where a user is without
phone for 2 Months (as the phone was having micro-sim this cannot be used in
available handsets at home)
I have attached the scan copies of job sheet and delivery
chalan for your reference.
Request advises further action and takes remedial measures
earliest to enable me to use this phone and relieve me o[censored]nnecessary
harassment.
