Micromax — Micromax canvas gold faulty instrument received | |||
I bought Micromax canvas gold A300 on 23/11/2014 and 1 month back my main camera stopped working. Even the option of rear camera was not available so i took it micromax service center. i submitted the phone and was returned to me the next day and camera as working fine but now 15 days back the camera stopped working again. It's been just over 4 months and i am already facing so much trouble with the device and today i have submitted it to service center and was told it would take 10days for it to be repaired. My complaint form number is N[protected]. I have attached retail invoice copy for your reference. I bought it with hard earned money and already facing so much problems. It is kindly requested to replace the faulty device with the good one urgently. I look forward to your positive response with reference to my above request being a loyal Micromax Customer.
