Ar sir I purchase a mobile on dated 12.011.2014. In this mobile create hang problem and battery back up very low problem during the warranty period. Than i give mobile shree sai telecom gurgaon cervice center on dated 6.10.2015. she says to me after 15 days your mobile return after repair but many times i goes cervices center but mobile not give with in warranty time. She give to me 7.12.2015 after than warranty expire. This mobile i tack and goes to home but after 3 hour mobile switch off than i goes to shree sai telecom gurgaon next day and says to her my mobile battery backup very low in comparison to previous battery back up. I request to her again send my mobile for repair because its battery back up is very low but she not kept my mobile and say to me its out of warranty i[censored] r repair than paid money than i says to her its not my fault its your fault many time i request but she did not kept my mobile for repair within warranty period mod. After that i come from crevice center than i face battery back up problem continue because its back up maximum 3.5 hour after that 3 hour after that 1 hour and present condition 1 hour . But today having a sound in my mobile and back cover open automatically so plz help me. plz change my battery by micro-max side without pay because my mobile give by micro max side after 2 month than my warranty expire .
