Micromax — Micromax Canvas knight A350 - touch screen not working

Hi, I had submitted my phone on march 10 2015 to the micromax center in bangalore located at Malleswaram because my phone touch screen was not working, just 6 months back only i purchased, they told me you will get a call within 3-4 days but till now i had been to the center twice, but till now not yet to repair. they told part is not yet received from head office. more then 15 days is finished, i am realy sad on this micromax brand. service is very worst in micromax.
