Micromax — Micromax canvas laptab | |||||
On June 2015 I purchased a Micromax Laptab from infibeam.com. Already it has been replaced once due to faulty screen. Now again same problem occurred and I complained about it on customer care helpline no. [protected] and[protected] but they are only giving false commitment of replacing the same but no steps are being taken. I asked them to refund my money but they are denying the same. Today also I called them up and asked the customer care executive to transfer my call to any senior person over there so that I could tell my problem. But they were so adamant that they did not transfer my call to anyone. Is this the transparency of any company for a dis-satisfied customer? I also wrote many complaints to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com but all my efforts went in vein. I even uploaded video of the faulty item and sent them as they said it was required by the technical department for verification. Therefore I request to take a strong action on this company and all crook people associated with this. These guys are cheats in name of professionals. They do not have any value of their words.
