Micromax — Micromax canvas q380- not returned my handset..

Hi,
This is gangadhar i have submitted my micromax phone at service centre before 40 days ago. They told me that your phone will be repaired within 10 days. But my phone not yet returned from service centre. My job sheet no is : s[protected].

One time call customer care : they told your mobile is repaired.. Job sheet is close the 17.3.16. But my handset is not returned the local service centre.
Every time executive making false commitment that my phone will be delivered within 5 days but this 20 days is not reducing as every time executive have same answer that it will take days more. My contact no [protected] and email id: [protected]@gmail.com
