Dear sir/ Mam, I am submitted my mobile for touch complaint. The service staff tell me sir 7 days time for replace your mobile with rectified complaint. He tell first Rs-850/- for charge of this complaint. I am not satisfied that amount again i am bargaining that amount. Finally he accept Rs-600/- for the charge. i am also accept and given my mobile with 500/- advance. I am handover my mobile 13-4-15 afternoon. I am calling 20-4-15 to your service center. He tell spare not receive so pls wait one or two days. Again i am go to 23-4-15 (yesterday) the service center boy was tell sir wait till monday (27.4.15) . If i am give the local service person he return maximum 3 days. But why we give to you ? . How many days without mobile we are managing. Why rate not fixed properly. so accept my complaint and rectify immediatly. Was this information helpful? | |||
