[Resolved] Micromax — Micromax Funbook not repair yet | |||
Hi, My name is Younis Bhat, I would like to express my utmost dissatisfaction for the service provided by Micromax company, its service center in Poloview, Srinagar (M/SNet Surfer) is the worst service center i have come across, their staff is not trained enough to talk to customers, and talk to them as if they are doing favours on customers, Very Rude and are not even aware about what they talk, its been more than two months that i have booked my H/S for repair, at first i was informed that i will receive the h/s in a weeks time however later i was informed that the touch pad is order on 31-Oct-2014 still not repaired my Micromax Tab P410i. The staff member always told we have placed order it depend upon when company send us order of touch pad... Worst Worst Worst Micromax. Was this information helpful? | |||
