Micromax — Micromax handset a116i not being repaired by Uttam Nagar customer care since 5th march 2015

I had given my Micromax a116i for repair on 5.3.2015 to your Uttam Nagar Customer Care centre opposite metro pillar 750. The person on the desk also took advance of Rs. 1500/- from me in cash and wrote the same amount on the job sheet number N[protected]. I was told that my phone will be repaired by 26/3/2015 but till today your company persons are making lame excuses. Some very popular and every time used are like: we have placed the order but ... our old order was cancelled... sir we will tell you by evening ... sir please give us one week time more ... etc. the story does not end here. Now it seems that they have sold my phone to some else and at the same time have exhorted money in the name of repair also from me. In case you can help me in this regard for my getting my phone repaired then you are welcome. otherwise you too are a part of these schemes and I have to lodge FIR against you people. I will wait for two more days from your side for any positive step from your side (if any). Dr. Bijendra Kumar
