I am Vijay Agrawal from Nagpur & having an issue with Nagpur Micromax AL RAZA service center
because of below reason
1st time, I have given my A114 mobile for repairing KEYPAD KEY - DO NOT WORK issue and below are the details .
Date Submitted - 6 Dec 2014, IMEI Number - [protected], Job Sheet Number - W[protected]
They returned my mobile after a month after too many visits and telephone calls with KEYPAD
KEY - DO NOT WORK problem fixed. But when I went to home, it introduced new bigger issue (Mobile getting switched off/on automatically continuously).
after that I again submitted my mobile and below are the details
Date Submitted - 10 Jan 2015, Job Sheet Number - W[protected]
After 1 month i got my mobile phone but it was not working again.
My warranty expired this time but they extended and created another job sheet number which i don't have copy but after a month again i got my mobile and it was not working.
Again 4th time i was submitted my mobile with different job sheet - W[protected]-15523004 and now they are saying its not under warranty and i did not discuss any charges during Job sheet creation and i was in impression it was covering under warranty because of their fault.
Now they are calling and saying it will be chargeable and your mobile has been repaired outside which is 100% false.
I need your help on getting my mobile in working condition.
Please help me.
