Dear sir,
i purchased a micromax mobile (nitro) on 05/10/14 now its touch is not working, i don't understand that 12000rs mobile life is only one month.i gave that mobile to micromax service center on 10/12/2014(, they need 3weeks to repair, i need new handset.plz do the needful.

FYI,
Before this set i purchased a micromax colours handset, depending on its performance i gave next choice to micromax for my next phone.but this time i am not satisfied with service & quality.
