[Resolved] Micromax — Micromax P250 tab_Customer service centre worst response @ chennai | |||
Hi.. This is Suresh from Chennai, Last July month 2014 I got P250 tab in “Poorvika mobiles” chrompet. After 1 month Touch is gone and I gave this to Micromax Service center which is in G.N chetty road T. nagar Chennai on August 30th 2014, They promised to say that within 7 days will return back to you after that I did not get any calls from service center but now I called them they said your tab Board also not working hence we have sent this to head office for replacement approval. If you want you can contact head office directly they said. I have asked when should I get my tab they said we don’t know any info about this you contact head office or Customer care no. This irresponsible response which I got from Customer service center. Please someone looks into this and resolve this issue asap. Note: I got this tab on July month within one month it’s not working till now I din’t get my tab. This customer service center response is very very worst. Kindly acknowledge once you got this email.
