I have purchased micromaxp480 tablet on November 1 2015 and since then the tab has not been working at all.On the first day itself I notice that battery was running down in couple of hrs and it was not able to connect to Wifi.I took out time after a week to go to service center at basheerbagh, next to shanbagh hotel.they inform its 8 day that i bought the tablet so it cannot be replaced however will repair it and they kept the tablet for almost 20 days and when I got the tablet back, I found the batery and wifi conectivity problem seems to be OK, however after I got the memory card and inserted, its not able to take the storage of any APP or anythng on the tablet and now the screen is not coming up after I push the power button, how hard i try it doesn't work, screen is not damaged from out, something wrong from inside.I am working women, hardly have time for all this to go to service center this is the reason i bought new tablet rather than going for used one.now I am tired as the tablet never worked for me in this two months and the service center at basheerbagh provide the worst service.they took away from memory card and also screen guard and they damaged the tablet from outside, however informed them while giving for repair that the tablet is brand new informed its not damaged from outside.Now I want the refund back for this tablet.
