After purchasing in the month of january 2016, the tab all of a sudden "power off and not switching on". On may 19, 2016 we have submitted the tab in an authorized micromax repair center in hyderabad m/s rudra agency baseerbagh, hyderabad with job sheet number s[protected] with problem reported 4101 power does not switch on. When i enquired after one month on 21 june 2016 the reply was still under repair due to required part is not available. We waited and enquired after two months 20 july 2016 the answer was "still the required part is not available". When it is in warranty period why not they provide a new piece instead of continuously saying required part is not available and consuming my total warranty period for the piece.
