Micromax — Micromax phone - Poor service

I can not believe on such a good brand company providing pathetic services to customers. We bought Micromax phone online from Australia and gifted to my mother/ AFTER just few months it stoped working. We given the phone to Service center based at Anand, Gujarat but they returned us the phone back after 30 days without repairing it. Phone is in warranty period. Service provider said that Micromax is unable to solve the problem and returned us the phone. We checked the phone and we found out that they changed the original bolts of the phone and also they have not fixed the chip properly so phone has stoped working properly. We are highly dissatisfied because of the services you provide. What a pathetic after sales service. Please look into this matter and help us
