[Resolved] Micromax — Micromax Service Center not deliver my A310 Phone since 1.5 Months

I submit my phone at MMX Service Center On 3th Sep 2015, and Today is 21th Oct 2015 still not have my phone. When i Call customer care ([protected]), they always say that sir be patent we deliver your phone with in 10 to 15 days but they are not deliver the phone. My complain no# is MMX[protected] Mobile: 91-[protected]

I think my Phone is lost by them or not repaired, So they have provided me other Model Mobile and it is not a new Head set but is look like a same and working properly.
