Micromax — Micromax service center - phone not received yet

I have given my micromax canvas a1 phone for replacement of loudspeaker in the micromax service center (mobile dot com, sriram tower, hazratganj lucknow) on 08/12/2015 (within warranty). They have called me for delivery after 10 days. After 10 days when i went to the service center for the delivery of my phone they again told me to come after 5 days.When i again went after 5 days they again told me to come after a week.In the meantime i called on the numbers given by them but they did not receive my call at all.So i had left with no other option than to go to them(the so called service center) again.When i went their for 4th time they shameless people told me to come on saturday (i.e. 02/01/2016)and told me that this is the last time they asked me to come.Now today (04/01/2016) when i went there they again ready with the same line that is to come after bla bla time...So, after so many mental harrashment i now want you people to lodge my complain and please look into this serious matter of mental torchure of service center people.Means they people never pick phones, give only dates not proper service, did not give true status of the phone etc etc. ...not only me but also many people are made fool by them.So please take some strict action against them.
