Hello, I am Adarsh..[ Mob no.[protected], Tel.no.[protected] ] Last month[protected], my phone ( Micromax bolt A58 - purchased on[protected] was not switching-on. Then I submitted it to the nearest service centre in Coimbatore ( Kanishka Mobile Care-Micromax Checkpoint) on[protected].They said that I would receive my mobile next Monday.When I went there on Monday, they said that they had sent it to the head office.Then, I went on Friday.This time, they said that the phone hasn't been repaired and has been sent again to the head office.We called them next week and they said that the spare parts of this model is not available right now and so will be delayed for another few days.They gave us a job sheet no.[protected].We waited for almost 2 weeks and still haven't received my phone yet.Now the date is[protected] and they are not responding to our phone calls even.I request you to replace the phone as soon as possible.
