Dear Sir, I has purchased micromax smart phone a year back. exactly after 13 months the phone started having problems related to software, I took my phone to Mahavir Electronics (authorized repair centre for Micromax for repairing), n Mulund Mumbai. my phone got repaired in 3 days. within 5 days of repairing the camera stopped functioning, I took it back to repair centre they charged 1700 for replacing the camera...this was on 7-Nov-2015 with job sheet number 3621. I again got my phone back in 4-5 days. from that very day my phone stopped catching signal from serice provider, or the signals were week. assuming the problem was with service provider I got my sim changed...to my surprise the problem persists...its the sim slot which is not functioning well. Either there is a problem with phone or service centre . whats the point of buying a phone worth 21000 with such poor service and phone quality. do get the service centre to repair my phone for free...the staff there Mr Tejas is extremely rude and misbehaves. pl resolve my problem.
