Please give the status for the ticket SER[protected]. I purchased Micromax Tab P680 from snapdeal on 4th Jan 2016 which is switching off often & often even it has good amount of battery charging level. Micromax executive told it will be replaced in 7 days. Kindly tell me when will be replaced.
