Micromax — Micromax tablet m/n canvas p690 (not reading the memory card) | |||||
I have bought a micromax tablet M/N Canvas tab P690 on 22.10.2015 to gift my family, after using 7-8 days after the DOP the tablet was unable to read the memory card and was continuously displaying the message "blank sd card or unsupported file format", I reported to the customer care of my local area, but he refused to attend the same ( Dist.- Farrukkabad, U.P), then my family returned it to me at my job location ( Angul, Odhisha). I went to the customer care on 26.12.2016, they also refused to attend the same and told they have to send the tablet to HO, Delhi to rectify the problem. I have given them and as on date there is no report of my tablet. Pl help or replace it by the new one, in either case I can also take a mobile set in place of the problematized tablet. Micromax consider themselves as one of the leading companies but they are mistaken. Was this information helpful? | |||||
