Micromax — Micromax taking 60 days to do a part replacement | |||||
Hi, I had given my Micromax A105 handset on 27th July 2015 to Serivce center- Meerut (Micromax Official Care Center) for one Display part replace (Hardly would have taken 7 days even if the part is not present at Service Center). The Jobsheet No for my complaint is N[protected]. It has been 62 days and still the mobile is with Micromax Care Center. I have been escalating and mailing to Micromax at [email][protected]@micromaxinfo.com[/email] and they are simply regretting, apologizing and saying that this has been taken as a high priority issue but not conveying the exact status of the handset. The Ticket ID for the same is 58159 and 80332. Also when escalating higher I got same reply to wait for 7 to 10 days. All those days are over still haven't got any status information for my Handset.
