Micromax — Micromax x254 stopped working in one month of purchase | |||
I bought x254 mobile from snapdeal on 28 July 2015.It stopped working in one month. Keypad not working and microphone problem . I went to service center and they kept it there on 16 September. I went there many times. Today, 30 December 2015 I got my mobile back. They told the problem is solved. When I checked only switch on button is working. The person I contacted in service centre is miss samprada. Pls let me know how can I get my mobile repaired...or replaced. It is in warranty period. I have put complaint on the micromax site three times. Once they called me and told me that they cannot hear me.. After that I didn't get any response from them.
