[Resolved] Micromax — Micromax A177 given to service center for more than 3 weeks | |||
I had bought New Micromax Canvas Juice A177(B) online through amazon.in in month of May-2014, Suddenly on 3rd Aug 2014 phone gets shutdown automatically and unable to gets start So I have submitted my phone at Thane CCOM Authorized service centre for Micromax Android Phone on 4th Aug 2014. Person at Thane CCOM Authorized service centre told me that they will require 10-12 working days to repair my phone. After 12 working days when I checked with customer care executive they told me that job sheet no W[protected] is closed and your cell phone A177 is prepared and showing "Pending for customer delivery". Even I got 3 sms against mentioned job sheet no W[protected] that your cell phone is prepared please collect the same. Regularly I visit service centre to get my phone back, but service center guys are telling lies that pending for parts from head office, some time telling problem with mother board of cell phone, some times telling problem with software. some time telling we changed the mother board but fails in testing, some time telling we are working on your cell phone. So I have raised two complaint for the same through customer care executive [protected] and [protected]. Now its almost 24 days, i haven't got my mobile yet, and still they say it will take 8-10 more days I request you to please look into this matter and help me get my phone back within 3 working days.
