Micromax — misbehaviour of staff | |||
I had purchased a micromax mobile on 25th dec 2016.in april we went to the service center at uttam nagar as the charger was not working. One young lady miss khan had checked the charger & said that yes it is not working it has to be changed pls come next week our stock will come & we will change. After one week also they denied we have not received the same like this they completed 2 months. Today when we went to get the charger changed the staff misbehave with us saying that u should have gone to the shopkeeper from where u purchased why u came here to which i replied that he has sold it & if there is any complaints we will come to u or the shopkeeper. This is a very big issue and u have to take action otherwise i will take the matter to court as i am a member of consumer court. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
