Dear Sir, I bought a Micromax mobile model no A093 from Durga Enterprises main chock BariBrahmana Jammu dated 28.09.14. · After few days the mobile enable to swithed On. · I went to Micromax Service Centre M/S Sawhney Comunication 88 Chand nagar Below Gumat jammu (J&K)180001. and they took my mobile with one photocopy of invoice for repair/replacement. · They told me that your mobile repair within a weak. Customer Job Card No. N[protected] dated 05.11.2014. I have so many talk with Service center/customer care they said that phone send to chandigarh. · After more than 4 month they are not telling me about my phone status. I request you kindly settle my complain refund of full amount or repair/replacement of my phone you.
