Mobile hand set sent to company on 06Nov 14, promised to give it back in 20days but 40 days have already passed no news of the cell. Display unit had given way. Cell was not even a month old. It was bought in end sep and display unit not working on 20 Oct. Submitted to service centre in Margao Goa on 24 Oct, job sheet issued to me only on 06Nov stating that the set is sent to the company. Completely frustrated no phone for nearly two months. Very bad after sales service of micromax company. Really disgusting. Job sheet no. WO[protected]. Toll free no is also always engaged. Not able to get through making matters worse.
