I have purchased micromax mobile canvas juice 2 from laxmi mobile shop center in july 2015 but sept month mobile battery has melt and mobile was not working properly then i have given mobile to service center but he is delay to repair and replace the battery last 3 week. Dealy in refund money of damaged mobile canvas juice 2 AQ5001.i have sent mobile bill scan copy dated on 18 nov but only provided the transaction id on which basis i am unable to take money.when i want to contacts to service center, he receive one call out of ten.so do the needfull and necessary action bcaz without mobile i am facing a lot of problem.I am unable to withdrawl the money by card money so use other way for transaction like as NEFT, IMPS OR CARD to card transfer.
