[Resolved] Micromax — Mobile complaint | |||
Sir, It is to bring to your kind notice, that I purchased a Micromax Viva phone ( Model No- A72) on 06/07/2013 from Dehradun. But after few days problem occurred in phone, after which I went to the service station where they kept the phone and returned after few days saying that they have resolved the problem. But after some time the same problem occurred again so again I went to the service station (R.K Mobile Service, Hans Plaza 24 E.C >road Dehra dun) where they said that this problem will be resolved by sending the phone to the company after which I handed the phone to the service station on 11/10/2013.(request no- E[protected]. They committed that they will return the phone after 15 days, but till now they have not returned the phone, and are saying that the phone has still not come from the company. I am not getting any satisfying answer from the company. So sir Please do the needful, Other wise I have to take some Strict action against the company. Dear sir,
i had micromax a290 phone using on 1month . I submit my phone at micromax service centre in calicut. frontsensor is not working. then return my phone on 04 oct 2014. The problem of front sensor is resolved. But another problems are started.
horizontal mode not active and game sensor is not working and my mobile not getting charged now.
The service centre is very poor service, this phone is inbuilt battery.servicers are not carefull in service time. back side full scractched.

Consequent to the compalint of touch screen and interfacing problem with PC, my mobile had been submitted in service centre ( RaviPuram, Ernakulam, Tel:[protected]. - Job card No; S[protected][protected] on 27.08.2014. Furhter I have attended them many times to get it back rectified. However they said that they haven't enough spares for the repair and asked for me to wait. I haven't get any solution for the last 1 and half months from their side. Now they are reluctant to attend the tel phone call.
I have spared a lot of time for by taking leave for attending their service centre.
Request your immediate attention getting me the ited serviced.

I have bought Micromax Nitro A 310 Mobile vide Bill No. 80 dt. 08-10-14 from B.D.S Technologies / Amritsar. After a period of two months the said phone have a complaint of shut down. I visited to Perfect Mobile Repair Centre/Amritsar on 27-12-14 who told that the phone's battery & touch Screen is to be changed. Phone was given to the said service centre vide Job Sheet No.[protected] dt. 27-12-14 and was asked that it will be delivered to me with in ten days. But on visiting the repair centre on[protected] i.e after a period of 21 days, it is being told that it may take one month more. I am surprised that Micromax is an international brand and have complaint of battery and touch screen, only after purchase of two months. So, kindly give me the reply within a short period.
