[Resolved] Micromax Mobile — Delay in Service | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam I have purchased new Micromax mobile canvas 2 A110 SERIAL NO. [protected], [protected] on 29/6/2013 form Delhi. After purchasing, approx 3 months it was good every thing was working fine but after 3 months it become very slow, internet was not working properly, all the applications start hanging after getting on and the system become very-very slow so, i deposited it at Mobile Care B-2 Guru Nankpura opp V3S Mall near Maharaja Bequett Hall Laxmi Nagar Delhi- 92 on dated 28/2/14 my job sheet no. is N[protected] When i was submitting the phone they told me that you will get a message or call on the provided mobile no., i waited approx 20 days but there was no message or call, there after i went again to the Micromax Head Office Gurgaon and complaint to them for the delay, my complaint no. is MMX[protected] . Still i am not getting any positive information from there side, yesterday i got a call that it will take 20 more days, now tell me how much more time they will take if it is not possible then please provide me a new mobile phone or return back my money.
